Ingredients:

- 1 large whole-grain or spinach tortilla

- 2-3 slices of lean turkey breast

- 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced

- Handful of baby spinach leaves

- 1/4 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

- 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced

- 1 tablespoon hummus or Greek yogurt dressing

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Lay the whole-grain or spinach tortilla flat on a clean surface.


2. Spread a thin layer of hummus or Greek yogurt dressing evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.


3. Layer the baby spinach leaves on the tortilla, covering it entirely.


4. Arrange the turkey slices on top of the spinach, evenly spaced.


5. Place the sliced avocado, red bell pepper, and cucumber on top of the turkey slices.


6. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.


7. Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and then roll it up tightly from the bottom, creating a wrap.


8. If desired, you can cut the wrap in half diagonally for easier handling.
